摘要
对某一中高端砂铸企业发货质保流程存在的问题进行了研究,提出仿真和优化相结合进行流程优化的方法。该方法用Flexsim对该企业原有流程进行仿真分析,根据ECRS原则对原有流程进行优化,建立优化后的模型并再次仿真。将此仿真和优化相结合的方法应用到该企业发货质保流程的优化中,解决了企业发货效率偏低的问题,为铸造企业信息化深化应用、流程优化改造提供了参考。
The problems of delivery quality assurance business process were researched for a medium high sand foundry enterprise. The method of combining simulation and optimization to optimize was proposed, which simulates the original process of the enterprise, optimizes the original process according to ECRS principle, then setting up the optimized model and simulating once more. The method of combining simulation and optimization was applied to optimize the enterprise's delivery quality assurance business process, so the problem of low delivery efficiency of the enterprise was solved, and it provides a reference to foundry enterprises for the further application of information technology and the optimization of the process.
