摘要
近年来社会组织在我国发展迅速,在促进公民参与社会事务治理和化解社会矛盾方面发挥着重要作用,但社会组织目前仍面临着生存和发展上的困境。提出促进社会组织发展需要改善社会组织生存和发展的环境,可以通过立法立规、合理监管、广纳人才等方式推动社会组织发展。
In recent years, the development of social organization is very rapid. Social organizations play an im-portant role in promoting citizen participation in governance and solving social conflicts. But social organizations are still facing difficulties on the survival and development. Creating a favorable social environment for the surviv-al and development is the key to promoting the development of social organization. It is significant to establish reasonable regulation, recruit talent, etc. to promote the development of social organization.
