Nursing experience of femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification

摘要 目的总结飞秒激光辅助晶状体超声乳化手术的护理经验。方法回顾分析2015年6月15例飞秒激光辅助白内障晶状体超声乳化手术的护理工作经验,对护理特点进行分析总结。结果15例均顺利完成手术,患者配合良好,术后视力均达到0.8或以上,未出现眼部感染或其他并发症。结论有效的护理工作对飞秒激光白内障手术患者的恢复具有促进作用,为手术成功提供有力保障。 Objective To summarize the nursing experience of femtosecond laser-assisted phacoemulsification. Methods In this retrospective study, the nursing care of 15 cases of femtoseeond laser-assisted cataract surgery in our hospital in June 2015 was reviewed and analyzed. Results All surgeries were completed successfully. All patients cooperated well and got postoperative visual acuity of 0.8 or better. No ocular infection or other severe complication was found. Conclusion Effective nursing care can promote the recovery of patients underwent femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, and provide strong assurance for the success of sugery.
