摘要
针对常规三维电极生物膜工艺脱氮除磷时难以达到高效、同步的脱氮除磷效果,将海绵铁、硫磺与活性炭填料复合用于常规工艺中以提高脱氮除磷效率。实验结果表明,在不同电流强度下,新型反应器对TN和TP的去除率最高可达到80%和92%,分别比常规反应器要高出15%和32%左右。综合经济、运行效果等因素,新型三维电极生物膜反应器在300 m A电流条件下,选择6 h的水力停留时间为适宜运行条件。
Conventional three-dimension electrode biofilm process couldn't achieve the result to remove the nitrogen and phosphorus efficiently and synchronously. This study compounded sponge iron, sulfur and carbon filler and used the mixture in conventional process, in order to improve the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The results showed that under the different current intensity, new reactor on TN and TP removal rate up to 80% and 92%, respectively higher than conventional reactors about 15% and 32%.Combining economic, operating results and other factors, the new type of Three-dimensional Electrode Biofilm Process use 300 mA current and six hours hydraulic retention time as the most suitable conditions for operation.
