摘要
为系统研究废旧橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青(CR/SBSCMA)的路用性能与应用技术,围绕CR/SBSCMA的制备工艺,CR/SBSCMA混合料的设计方法以及高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性能、力学性能进行了全面的研究,结合在高速公路工程建设中的应用总结了关键施工技术。研究结果表明:密级配CR/SBSCMA混合料具有优良的路用性能和力学性能。相比SBS改性沥青混合料,其高温性能、低温性能提高幅度均较为明显,水稳定性也有一定的改善,且在高温与低温条件下均具有良好的力学性能。应用于寒冷地区既可以提高高温抗车辙性能,也可以改善低温柔韧性。在施工中应严格控制施工温度、存储工艺以及混合料的拌和、碾压等关键工艺,保证施工质量。
In order to systematiclly study the road performance and application technology for crumb rubber and SBS compound modified asphalt,the preparation technology of the crumb rubber and SBS compound modified asphalt( CR / SBSCMA), design method, high temperature performance, low temperature performance,water stability,and mechanical property are comprehensively conducted. Key construction technology are summarized through the engineering construction. The research results show that the dense gradation CR / SBSCMA mixture has good road performance and mechanical performance. Compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture,its high temperature performance and low temperature performance are relatively obvious improved,the water stability is also improved to a certain extent. And under the condition of high temperature and low temperature,CR / SBSCMA mixture has good mechanical properties,if used in freezing areas it can improve the high temperature rutting resistance and the flexibility at low temperature. In engineering construction,we should strictly control the construction temperature,storage technology and the mixture of mixing,rolling,such as key technology to guarantee the construction quality.
