摘要
应用PLC、网络和计算机控制等技术,设计了一套原煤车间集控系统。该集控系统主要由PLC控制柜、就地操作箱、上位机和通信收发处理机组成。给出了控制系统的总体设计方案,包括关键的电气原理图、程序流程图,以及上位机主界面。控制系统最终实现了选煤厂原煤车间的自动化运行。
With the help of PLC, network and computer control technology, design a set of raw coal plant control system. System is consisted of PLC control cabinet, operation box, upper computer and communication transceiver. Gives overall design scheme of control system, including electrical principle diagram, program flow chart, and host computer interface. Control system can realize automatic operation of raw coal plant finally.
