摘要
针对进口煤质在线检测技术成本高和国产设备直接使用测试精度低的现状,研究了煤质在线检测和机械化采制样一体化技术,解决了测试精度受煤流的厚度、截面和连续性的变化影响的难题,提出了一体化设计模型,进行了煤质在线检测子系统和机械化采制样子系统及接口的结构设计,实现了灰分、水分和热值等在线检测。
Based on the present situation that imported coal quality on-line detection technology application cost is high and test precision the domestic equipment by directly using of is low, the integration technology of coal quality on-line detection and the integration of mechanical sampling was studied, the problem that the testing accuracy is affected by the thickness of the coal flow, cross section and continuity variation was solved, the integration of design model is put forward, and the structure of the of coal quality on-line detection and mechanical sampling subsystem and the interface between them was designed, the coal comprehensive information i.e. ash content, moisture content and calorific value realized on-line detection.
