摘要
基于MC9S08AW32高性能单片机,开发了矿山压力无线数据采集系统;而且系统软件应用了最小二乘法、递推平均滤波算法进一步提高设备精度。该系统具有采集速度快、精度高、抗干扰能力强、高集成度、稳定性好等优点,提高了相似模拟实验水平。系统在龙王沟煤矿6#煤层工作面矿压规律及支架参数相似模拟实验中得到成功应用。
The wireless data acquisition system of ground pressure based on MC9S08AW32 is developed. Besides, the least square method and recursive average filtering algorithm is applied to the software to further improve the accuracy of the equipment. The system has the advantages of high speed, high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, high integration, good stability and so on, and improves the level of similar simulation experiment. The system has been successfully used in the similar material simulation experiment of Longwanggou coal mine 6#seam mining working face of mine pressure law and support parameters.
