摘要
加速推进海绵城市建设是新时期解决城市水问题的关键,对改善城市生态环境、缓解城市缺水困局具有重要意义。近年来,随着河南省经济实力的增强和城镇化水平的提高,不断增多的城镇人口引发了一系列的环境问题:地下水位下降明显、城市水污染加剧、城市雨水径流污染严重、城区内涝问题突出等,城市整体生态环境不容乐观。以河南省为例,分析海绵城市建设的必要性和城市内部出现的各种问题,从政府、产业、个人等多个角度出发,提出解决海绵城市建设问题的对策,对促进河南省开展海绵城市建设和改善城市生态环境具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Accelerating the construction of the sponge city was the key to solve the problem of urban water in the new era, which had very important significance in improving the urban ecological environment and easing the urban water shortage. With the improvement of the economy and the level of urbanization in Henan Province, the increasing urban population brought a series of environmental problems in recent years ： The apparent decreasing of underground water, serious situation of exacerbating water contamination, problems with urban runoff pollution, prominent issue of urban waterlogging, etcetera. Judging from the unfavorable situation above, we may draw a conclusion that the overall urban ecological environment was far from satisfactory. This paper took Henan Province as an example to analyze the necessity of the construction of the sponge city and the water problems in the city, which also proposed solutions to the current problems of the sponge city construction in Henan Province in the eye of government, industry, individuals etc, meanwhile, it had theoretical and practical significance in promoting the sponge city construction and ameliorating the urban ecological environment.
