摘要
班级管理是中学阶段的一个难题,特别是初中阶段,学生处于一个青春期的边缘,心理活动比较复杂,如果管理不善,会对学生今后的成长造成难以想象的后果。文章从良好习惯、班级环境、活动开展以及自信心培养等四个方面对班级管理进行了阐述,以供参考。
The class management is a difficult issue in the secondary level, particularly junior, because students are on the verge of adolescence and their mental activities are complex. If not managed properly, it could cause unimaginable consequences to the future growth of students. The article, from four aspects： good habits, class environment, activities as well as self-confidence, discuss the class management, for reference.
