摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为主要原料,复合偶联剂为扩链剂,六甲基二硅氧烷为封端剂,合成了具有一定规格的氨基硅油。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪表征了具体结构。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂、封端剂用量等因素对氨基硅油性能的影响,通过应用试验确定了蓬松手感优异的氨基硅油最优工艺。
Amino silicone oil with certain standard was prepared from octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane（D4） as raw material, complex coupling agent as chain extending agent, hexamethyl disiloxane as blocking agent. The specific structure of the silicone oil was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst and blocking agent dosages on the properties of amino silicone oil were investigated. The fluffy amino silicone was prepared based on specific process and application test.
