摘要
针对清洗机存在的撞机问题,在不增加硬件投资的情况下,利用伺服软件扭矩监控功能。通过采取优化控制程序,实时采集伺服电机扭矩数据比对,能让伺服电机在过载运行时,扭矩超过设定值就立即停止运行并报警。主动地保护设备的电机传动系统及设备关键部件免受损坏,有效预防了在撞机问题的发生,避免造成停线和不必要的产能损失,保证设备的开动率。
In view of the impact of the machine cleaning machine,in the case of not increasing the hardware investment,the use of servo software torque monitoring.Bv taking the optimized control program,real—time acquisition of the servo motor torque data comparison,can make the servo motor in overload operation,the torque exceeds the set value will immediately stop running and alarm.The motor drive system and the key parts of the equipment are protected from damage,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of the collision problem,avoid the stop line and unnecessary capacity loss,and ensure the operation rate of the equipment.
