摘要
空燃比支配着发动机的动力性、经济性,发动机空燃比的扭矩特性的数据在发动机控制模块中会直接影响发动机扭矩模型,是发动机最重要的控制参数。在发动机台架标定中,通过台架试验对发动机空燃比的扭矩特性进行研究得到实验数据,并用最小二乘法对实验数据进行结果处理。最小二乘法是从误差拟合角度对回归模型进行参数估计或系统辨识,并在参数估计、系统辨识以及预测、预报等。用最小二乘法处理得到的曲线、方程式可以较好的分析研究出发动机扭矩损失随空燃比的变化规律,为校准发动机扭矩模型的精度得到进一步提升。
Air fuel ratio dominates the engine s power,economy,engine air fuel ratio of the torque characteristics of the engine control module will directly affect the engine torque model,is the engine of the most important control parameters.In the engine bench calibration,the torque characteristics of the engine air fuel ratio were studied by bench test,and the experimental data were processed by the least square method.Least square method is used to estimate the parameters of the regression model from the angle of error and the system identification,and the parameters estimation,system identification and prediction,forecast,etc..The curve and the equation obtained by the least square method can be used to analyze the variation of engine torque loss with the air fuel ratio.
