摘要
随着国家及地方政府对绿色建筑的推动,强制实施绿色建筑已成为必然趋势。基于对绿色建筑特点的分析,阐述设计院在绿色设计时存在宏观政策支持、对设计产品品质提升及促进工程造价的控制等机遇,同时,也面临专业配置不全、设计流程不匹配、设计人才缺乏、设计收费制度不配套、重视程度不够等方面的挑战,提出采用整体设计、专业化集成设计、设计人才培养、强化绿色建筑知识培训等对策来化解绿色设计面临的挑战,以更好更快地促进绿色建筑的健康发展。
It is inevitable for green buildings implementation compulsively in the coming future as promoted by the authority and local governments. At present, existing problems are challenging the green design for design institutes, such as shortage of specialty allocation, irrational design procedure, lack of green-building designers, as well as charging systems. Based on the analysis of green building features, strategies like holistic and specialized design approaches, cultivation of green designers should integrate in current design mode to resolve these problems. In this way, it will beneficial far the development of green buildings better and faster.
