摘要
作为高等教育大众化的主力军,地方本科院校既面临着遵循传统大学培养人才、科学研究的使命,又面临办学转型中外部环境的挑战以及组织内部治理带来的困难。对地方本科院校外部生态环境以及组织内部治理环境的SWOT分析,为转型实践廓清各种障碍,思考地方本科院校转型的发展路径,结合内部优势和外部背景机遇促进地方本科院校未来的转型发展。
As the main force of popularization of higher education, the local undergraduate colleges and universities are faced both the situation to follow the traditional universities with the task of cultivating talents,scientific research and also faced with challenge of external environment in the educational transformation as well as the difficulties brought about by the university internal governance. SWOT analysis on the external environment and internal governance environment of local undergraduate colleges and for practice to clarify the various forms of barriers we put forward the thinking about the development path of local undergraduate colleges, combining the internal advantage and external opportunity to promote local undergraduate colleges and universities the future restructuring and development the transformation.
