摘要
目的探讨分析PDCA循环管理在手术室护理带教中的应用。方法选取我院2014年1月~2014年12月实习的72名护生为研究对象,根据不同管理方法分为对照组与观察组,各组36名。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予PDCA循环管理,对两组护生的带教成果进行观察对比。结果观察组护生的理论成绩、实践成绩、带教满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在手术室护理带教中施行PDCA循环管理,可提高护生的综合成绩与满意度。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA circulation management in nursing teaching in operation room. Methods 72 nursing students in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to different management methods, namely, the control group and the observation group, 36 students in each group. The control group was given routine management, the observation group was given PDCA cycle management, and the two groups of nursing students were observed and compared with the results of teaching. Results Nursing students' theory, practice and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management in nursing teaching in operation room can significantly improve the comprehensive performance and satisfaction of nursing students.
