摘要
本文阐述了液压设备的故障特征和模糊性,并给出了七种模糊诊断的基本原则。介绍了液压系统故障的模糊现象及相关因素之间的关系,并用数字方法分析了铣刨机液压系统故障诊断。通过操作和运算验证了模糊诊断方法的可靠性和可行性,方法简单,易于推广。
This paper describes the characteristics of hydraulic equipment failure and ambiguity, and gives the basic principles of seven kinds of fuzzy diagnosis. It describes the relationship between blurring the hydraulic system failure and related factors, and digitally analyzed milling machine hydraulic system fault diagnosis. Through the operation and verify operation of the diagnostic method for the reliability and feasibility. The method is simple and easy to apply.
