摘要
山区公路建设项目由于地形条件限制,制梁场所用通用门式起重机轨道纵坡往往由于地形条件而大于2%,不符合通用门式起重机轨道纵坡应≤2%的规范要求[1],存在较大的生产安全隐患。针对项目生产实际情况,分析了大纵坡条件下门式起重机的受力情况及影响起重机制动的因素,提出将原有门式起重机的走行机构进行技术改造,增配相关部件、调整使用操作规程及安全防护措施以实现3%纵坡的安全使用。
Due to the topographic conditions, beam places with general gantry crane rail longitudinal slope of mountain high-way project tends to be greater than 2%, it does not meet the specification requirements of general portal crane rail longitudi-nal slope less than or equal to 2%, there are large production safety hidden danger. In this paper, in view of the project pro-duction actual situation, the factors of large longitudinal slope conditions under a gantry crane of the force and effect of crane brake are analyzed, the original gantry crane walking mechanism for technological transformation is put forward, relevant parts are increased, using procedures and safety protection measures are adjusted to achieve 3% longitudinal slope of the safe use.
