摘要
西气东输管线某段通过蒿峪煤矿开采区,受到开采沉陷影响。结合现场条件,通过相似材料模型设计和实验,模拟了地表沉陷的动态过程和沉陷对浅埋管线的影响过程,揭示了管线沉陷与地表沉陷分布形态相似,时间同步,但数值偏小的规律。模拟证实了管线受沉陷后弯管部位存在应力集中现象。实验表明,通过地表开挖卸载可使管线应力释放,产生明显回弹,改善其受力状态。研究扩展了模型实验在管线沉陷方面的应用,对于管线的保护和维修有现实的指导意义。
One section of west to east gas pipeline in Haoyu coal mine mining area was influenced by mining subsidence, according similar material model design and experiment on the basis of filed situation, influence process of subsidence to shallow buried pipeline and dynamic process of surface subsidence were simulated, the results revealed that distribution shape of pipeline subsidence and sur-face subsidence is similar, time synchronization, but numerical value is smaller.Stress concentration appeared in elbow position after pipeline subsidence.The experiments showed that stress of pipeline would be released after unloading with surface excavation, rebound obviously, stress state would be changed.The results extended the application scope of model experiment on pipeline subsidence, it re-ferring practical guiding for pipeline protection and maintenance.
