摘要
在机检测相对于离线检测可以有效避免二次装夹带来的工件定位误差,具有高精度、高可靠性等优点。现以海德汉i TNC530系统为背景,介绍了通过数控设备上的接触式测量装置实现在线测量。并通过对系统内部参数的运算及宏程序的编制获得加工误差自动补偿的原理及方法。
The on-machine inspection is superior to the off-line detection in precision and reliability and effectively avoids the part location error of secondary clamping. Based on Heidenhain i TNC530 NC system,this paper presents the on-machine inspection executed with the contact measuring device of the numerical control equipment,and the principle and method of automatic compensation for the machining error via calculating the system intrinsic parameters and coding the macropromgram.
