摘要
身体自尊是指个体对身体各方面的自我评价,在锻炼心理学领域,对身体自尊的探讨是所有研究的基础和热点,该文的研究将腰旗橄榄球作为教学手段,通过对浙江机电职业技术学院98位学生为期18周的教学对照实验,分析其对大学生身体自尊的影响。研究结果如下:(1)腰旗橄榄球的教学提高了大学生的身体自尊水平,学生在身体自我价值、运动能力、身体吸引3个方面有显著性差异;(2)大学生参与腰旗橄榄球改善了个人运动表现,客观上能提高学生身体自尊水平。
Physical self-esteem is refers to the individual to the body all aspects of the self assessment, in the field of exercise psychology,study on physical self-esteem is the basis and hot spots of all studies .This paper studies the flag football in the school physical education activities, through the 98 students of Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering for a period of 18 weeks of teaching experiment, the results are as follows:(1)Flag football teaching improve college students physical self- esteem, there were significant differences in physical self-worth, sports competence and attractive body ;(2)Flag football enhance the level of individual movement of students who participate and objectively improve the students physical self-esteem.
