摘要
在钻机投入实际使用之前,应该先测试负载对钻机系统可能带来的影响,发现设计上的不足或验证钻机的工作能力。设计钻机加载液压控制系统,利用液压油缸和液压马达(泵)对钻机输出给进力和转矩加载,可模拟钻机实际工作中钻进或退钻的负载状态,实现钻机试验室模拟负载测试。试验结果证明:液压加载系统满足钻机负载测试的需求,具有负载控制准确、维护成本低等优点。
Before drilling into practical use, possible load influence on rig system should be tested first, to find the design defi-ciency or verify the work ability.In the designed drilling hydraulic loading control system, the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor ( pump) were used to export feeding force and torque, to simulate the actual working load state of drilling rig and to realize drilling rig laboratory simulation load test.Tests prove that the hydraulic loading system meets the demand of rig load test, load control is accurate and maintenance cost is low.
