摘要
建立双渐开线齿轮有限元模型,分析齿面摩擦力对接触应力的影响,并与渐开线齿轮进行对比。结果表明:相同摩擦状态下,双渐开线齿轮与渐开线齿轮的最大等效接触应力的数值差别不大,但接触应力分布不同,渐开线齿轮节点附近接触应力比较高,双渐开线齿轮节点以下靠近齿根处接触应力比较高;齿面摩擦力对接触应力分布的影响不大,但对接触应力数值的影响很大,因此在进行接触应力分析时,必须考虑齿面摩擦力的影响;通过改变齿面间的润滑条件,减小齿面摩擦力,是提高齿轮抗点蚀能力和接触疲劳寿命的有效方法。
The finite element model of double involute gears was established,the effect of tooth surface friction force on contact stress was analyzed,and the analysis result was compared with that of involute gear. The results show that the maximum equivalent contact stress between the double involute gears and the involute gear has little difference,while the distribution of contact stress is different under the same friction condition. The high contact stress is near the node for the involute gear and near the root for the double involute gear. The tooth surface friction force has little influence on the distribution of contact stress,and large influence on the numerical value of contact stress. Therefore,the effect of tooth surface friction force must be considered in the analysis of contact stress. It is an effective method to improve the anti pitting ability and the contact fatigue life of gear by changing the lubrication condition of the tooth surface to reduce the tooth surface friction.
