摘要
针对在噪声分布未知的情况下数控装备可靠性寿命分析问题,结合矩估计和假设检验方法给出一种可靠性评估方案。通过对数控装备正常运行下的现场数据进行统计分析,采用矩估计方法,得出正常运行的统计特性结果,依此结果对后续数控装备故障量测数据进行假设检验实现可靠性评估。本方法的鲁棒性在于假设检验的原假设合理设定以及检验结果对噪声分布的不敏感。
For reliability life analysis of the CNC equipment under the condition of unknown noise distri-bution, a reliability evaluation method was proposed based on the moment estimation and hypothesistesting. The field data of the CNC equipment under normal operation was analyzed statistically, the re-sults of statistical properties was got with the moment estimation method, and then the reliability ofCNC equipment was assessed by the subsequent measurement data of the failures for the CNC equip-ment with the hypothesis testing method. The robustness of this method is that a reasonable set of thenull hypothesis and the test results are not sensitive to noise distribution when hypothesis testing.
