摘要
随着我国医药行业的持续快速发展,医药物流人才缺口加大,医药物流人才市场供需矛盾日益突出。在阐述我国医药物流管理人才供需状况的基础上,重点分析了我国地方应用型高校在医药物流管理专业人才培养方面面临的挑战和问题,结合我校医药物流管理专业人才培养的实际情况,提出了我校医药物流管理本科人才培养的发展路径。
With the rapid and sustainable development of pharmaceutical industry, the talent gap in pharmaceutical logistics management has become lager,thus the talent supply and demand contradictions have become increasingly prominent. Based on the elaboration of talent supply-demand condition in pharmaceutical logistics management,this paper emphatically analyzes the challenges and problems faced by the application-oriented colleges in talent cultivation of pharmaceutical logistics management. Furthermore,in combination with the practical situation,this paper propose the development mode of talent cultivation for undergraduates in pharmaceutical logistics management major in Hubei University of Education.
