摘要
中国目前已发布多个腹股沟疝治疗临床指南及临床路径,腹股沟疝治疗相对成熟规范,但传统的诊治模式日益与当前快速的社会节奏与人民群众的医疗需求无法适应。随着中国医改的逐渐深入,采用日间手术模式推动医疗服务能力的提升成为解决当前医疗困境的一种可能。笔者结合已有的实践经验,探讨在日间手术模式下开展腹股沟疝手术的规范化问题,为解决目前患者"看病难、看病贵、住院难、手术迟"的问题提供一些思路与参考。
Several clinical guidelines and paths for inguinal hernia have been posted in China, however the treatment model is relatively mature that can＇t be adapt to increasingly people＇s health demand now. Ambulatory surgery model could become an solution to the problem in the newly medical reform. The treatment standardization for inguinal hernia under AS model is worthy of discussion, that may provide some ideas to solve the medical problem of “difficult to see doctor, expensive to see doctor, hard to hospitalized, and delay to surgery”.
