摘要
针对某型煤矿许用雷管生产中出现的点火失效问题进行了分析,结果表明电点火药头-延期药之间能量匹配裕度不足是导致产品瞎火的主要原因。通过设计改进提高了电点火药头点火能力及延期药的热感度,经试验验证产品发火的可靠性得到有效改善,解决了瞎火的问题。
Aimed at the ignition failure in the coal mine permissible detonator production, the analysis was presented, which showed that the inadequate margin between the energy of electric matchhead and delay composition is the main reason. Through the design improvement, the ignition capacity of electric matchhead and the thermal sensitivity of delay composition were improved. The product verification test showed that the fire reliability can be effectively improved, and the problems of dud can be solved.
