摘要
医院医疗数据包括统计年报、卫计委医疗质量网络监测直报(HQMS)、住院病案首页信息、医院评审数据等类型,数据之间存在明显的重叠,容易造成医院重复上报。医疗数据的来源有科室手工上报、医院网络系统生成、医院深层数据挖掘(BI)系统产生三种方式。手工上报数据在数据及时性、真实性、统计口径方面都较难把握;网络系统生成的数据客观、准确、及时,但有局限性;BI系统数据在医院HIS系统支持下,按照各部门不同的需求生成不同的挖掘数据,增大了数据的利用。各级卫生行政部门应协调发展,统筹安排,进行顶层设计,将数据指标合并分类,明确指标解释,减轻医院重复上报的压力,杜绝数据的不一致性。医院也应完善信息化系统建设,努力提供真实准确的数据。
Medical health data including statistical yearbook, HQMS, hospital medical record front page information, hospital evaluation data types. There are obvious overlap data. There are three ways of medical data sources which are department manual report, hospital network system generated report, the hospital deep data mining（BI） system. The timeliness, authenticity, statistics caliber of Manual reporting are difficult to grasp; data generated from Network system is objective, accurate, timely, but has limitations; With the support of hospital HIS system, according to different demand of various departments, BI system generate different mining data, increase the use of the data. The health administrative departments at all levels should be coordinated development, overall arrangement, carry out the top design, incorporating data index classification, explain index clearly, lighten the pressure of the hospital report, put an end to the inconsistency of data. Hospital should also improve the informationsystem construction, and strive to provide truthful and accurate data.
