结合循证药学思维模式的PBL教学法在肿瘤专科临床药师培养中的实践研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤专科临床药师培养模式,提高临床药师培养质量。方法以我院2010—2013年入职并经过1年轮转的临床药师为研究对象,在临床实践的基础上,引入结合循证药学思维模式的PBL教学法,考察该教学法在临床药师培养中的作用。结果将临床药师培养分为三个阶段,每个阶段制定教学目标和工作重点。结合实际案例分享该教学法在不同培养阶段中的实施要点,分享教学工作思路。结论该教学法激发了临床药师的学习兴趣,提高了临床药师分析问题、解决问题和创新思维的能力,加快了临床药师的培养速度,有利于药学部人才梯队建设和科室持续发展。 Objective To explore the mode of clinical pharmacist training in oncology department in order to improve the training quality. Methods With the clinical pharmacists as objects who started to work from2010 to 2013 and had worked over 1 year in the each position of pharmaceutical department,the teaching method of problem-based learning( PBL) and evidence-based pharmacy was used in the clinical pharmacist training to explore its role. Results The clinical pharmacist training was divided into three phases. The teaching aim and work focus was made in each phase. The working ideas were shared combining the case. Conclusions This teaching method could stimulate clinical pharmacist learning interest,improve the ability of analyzing and solving problem,increase the speed of clinical pharmacist training and was beneficial to talent development and continued progress.
