2013—2014年我院ICU病原菌构成及耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解ICU标本中病原菌的构成及其耐药性分布,为临床医生合理使用抗菌药物提供指导,为控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法对2013年1月至2014年12月份离出的ICU病原菌进行细菌鉴定和药物敏感性测定。结果 ICU患者标本共分离病原菌382株,以G-杆菌为主,铜绿假单胞菌居首位,其次为大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等,革兰阳性菌主要为金黄色葡萄球菌。病原菌普遍存在多重耐药。结论徐州矿务集团第二医院ICU病原菌的耐药性较高,细菌的耐药性分析结果对指导临床医生合理用药及控制医院感染具有重要的指导意义。 Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in ICU,to provide the guidance for clinical doctor to rationally use antimicrobial agents,and to provide the reference basis for controlling of hospital infection. Methods Separated the pathogenic bacteria of January2013-December2014 in ICU. Identified the pathogen bacteria and test the drug sensitivity of them. Results 382 plants of pathogenic bacteria in ICU were separated,and most of them were G-bacillus. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was priority. It was followed by e. coli bacteria,klebsiella pneumonia,acinetobacter baumannii,etc. Gram-positive bacteria mainly were staphylococcus aureus. Multiple drug resistance is widespread among pathogenic bacteria. Conclusions The rate of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria is higher in the Second Hospital of Xuzhou Mining Group. The importance of drug resistance of bacteria is significant for clinical rational drug use and controlling hospital infection.
