摘要 本文结合涡轮增压器的增压原理,介绍了涡轮增压器的分类,分析了不同涡轮增压器的优缺点以及对汽车动力性和经济性的影响。同时,对涡轮增压器的传动系统进行了仿真计算分析,研究表明:五,六阶振动为弯曲振动,扭转振动的组合振动,涡轮和叶轮均有较大振型系数,轴段变形最大;不同材料的密度,弹性模量,泊松比不同,各阶次频率差别较大,在结构不能做大的更改时,应合理选取材料,尽量避开转速频率。 Based on boost principle of Turbocharger,this paper introduces the classification of Turbocharge,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different turbocharger and the impact on the power and economy of the car. At the same time, the transmission system of the turbocharger is analyzed and calculated in simulation, research shows that five ,six order vibration is the combination of bending vibration and torsional vibration, The turbine and impeller have a large vibration mode coefficient, the axial deformation is the biggest. Different has the different The density, elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio,and diffenent order frequency. When the structure can not make a big change, it should be reasonable to select the material,and try to avoid the speed frequency.
