摘要
化学实验室大量使用化学试剂,分析检测设备较为贵重,人员流动较大,一旦管理不善可能造成一些安全事故。对实验室常见的火灾爆炸、中毒、触电、机械伤、化学灼伤、环境污染等事故原因进行了分析,并针对不同类型实验室事故提出了预防措施。提出实验室应制定事故报告制度,建立总体应急预案和现场处置预案,介绍了强酸和强碱的化学灼伤、割伤、触电的现场处置方法,应配备必要的应急设施和药品。
Chemical reagents are used extensively in laboratories where analytical and inspection instruments are valuable and there is greater staff mobility.Therefore,safety accidents may occur once there s mismanagement.This paper makes a cause analysis on the accidents commonly occur in laboratories such as fire and explosion,poisoning,electrocution,mechanical injury,chemical bums,environmental pollution and so on.And aiming at different types of accidents,the paper presents some basic measures for the prevention of laboratoiT accidents.It proposes that incident report system shall be set up in the laboratory organization and overall emergency plan and on-site disposal plan shall be established.The paper also puts forward the on-site disposal methods for chemical burns resulting from strong acid and alkali,cut wound and electric shock.It proposes to allocate necessary emergency facilities and medicines.
