摘要
利用低温还原粉化试验装置,借助光学显微镜及SEM-EDS对部分浸泡了氯化钙溶液的烧结矿在低温还原前后的微观变化进行了研究,并对氯化钙对烧结矿低温还原粉化的一些影响机理进行了探讨。研究表明氯化钙对致密赤铁矿的还原具有抑制作用而对磁铁矿的还原具有促进作用。在浸氯烧结矿还原后的缝隙中发现了六棱形及羽毛状两种高氯高硫产物,并伴有氯与碱金属的化合物向未浸部分迁移。
Making use of test devices of RDI, the microcosmic changes before and after reduction of the sinters which were partly dipped in the CaCl_2 solution are studied by optic microscope and SEM-EDS, and the mechanism about the effect of CaCl_2 to RDI of the sinters was discussed. The results showed that CaCl_2 restrained the reduction of hematite, but it promoted the reduction of magnetite. After reduction, hexagonal and feather-like products with high chlorine and sulfur are found in the crack of the part dipped in the CaCl_2 solution, and chlorine and alkali were transported to the part that had not been dipped in the CaCl_2 solution.
