摘要
目的评价参附注射液在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果及其安全性。方法将61例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组30例,对照组31例。对照组给以卧床休息、间断吸氧及常规药物等支持治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予参附注射液100 m L稀释后静脉滴注,1次/天,疗程为2周。观察治疗前后各组患者心功能分级改善、BNP及左室射血分数等变化情况。结果 2组组内治疗前后的心功能分级改善、BNP及左室射血分数比较有显著性差异;2组之间比较试验组改善效果好于对照组,且无严重不良反应发生。结论参附注射液在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果明显,安全可靠,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the Shenfu injection＇s therapeutic effect and safety in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure. METHODS A total of 61 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. 31 cases in the control group were given bed rest,continuous oxygen and routine supportive care drugs,30 cases in the experimental group were given Shenfu injection 100 m L / d on the basis of conventional therapy. After 2 weeks＇ treatment,the patients＇ cardiac function,BNP,and left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） were compared. RESULTS The cardiac function,BNP,and LVEF in experimental group improved better than those in the control group. CONCLUSION Shenfu injection has adjuvant effect and promotional values for treating the elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
