摘要
目的研究大孔吸附树脂和超声波辅助解吸法纯化大田基黄总黄酮的工艺条件。方法比较11种大孔吸附树脂对大田基黄总黄酮的吸附与解吸附特性,筛选出性能最好的树脂进行后续研究,结合超声波考察影响解吸率的因素:超声波解吸时间、乙醇的体积分数及其用量。结果 D101型大孔吸附树脂在超声波的辅助解吸下,对大田基黄中总黄酮具有较好分离能力,最佳纯化工艺条件为:超声处理时间为30 min,乙醇的体积分数为60%,固液比1 g∶7 m L。结论采用本法分离大田基黄中的总黄酮成分简单可行。
OBJECTIVE To study a purification process of total flavonoids from Lysimachia fortunei Maxim by macroporous absorption resin and ultrasonic wave. METHODS Compared with the static adsorption and the desorption ratio between 11 kinds of macroporous resins,the conditions at the varied desorption time,ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid were investigated.RESULTS The D101 macroporous absorption resin showed the best separation capacity on total flavonoids of Lysimachia fortunei Maxim. Optimized process conditions was 30 min,with 60% ethanol and l g : 7 m L ratio of solid to liquid. CONCLUSION The method was simple and feasible to separate total flavonoids from Lysimachia fortunei Maxim.
