摘要
《人民武装警察法》控权法的本质决定了武警部队必须要加强执法监督。武警部队官兵在遂行任务时，既要加强部队内部监督，也要主动接受外部监督，从而确保人民武装警察依法履职尽责。但是，从目前来看，相应的监督机制还不完善。这就需要继续做好顶层设计，确保执法监督制度落到实处。
The essence of the Law on People＇s Armed Police Force of the People＇s Republic of China lies in power control, which determines that the PAP should strengthen supervision on law enforcement. When carrying out its tasks, the PAP should accept both internal and external supervision to ensure that it will fulfill its obligations in accordance with the law. However, the existing supervision mechanism remains inadequate and needs to be perfected at the top-level design so as to ensure the sound implementation of oversight on the law enforcement.
