摘要
由于受到微机保护操作板、断路器机构电气参数的影响,断路器机构防跳在应用中有时会出现问题。文章分析了现场应用的两种断路器机构防跳处理方式,指出其不足,并提出了一种新的设计方案,同时总结了防跳功能验收中的注意事项。实践证明该改造方案简单有效,可消除不同制造商设备间的参数不匹配问题。
There are some hazards in the application of trip-proof of breaker body caused by parameters mismatching between operating board and breaker mechanism.The deficiencies of two schemes of trip-proof of breaker body used on-site are indicated,and a new scheme which solves the effect of parameters mismatching is designed.Some matters which need attention are pointed out in acceptance check of trip-proof circuit.The results of application show that the scheme is effective.
