摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断下肢深静脉血栓中的应用效果,以提高诊断的准确性。方法整群选取该院于2015年1—12月期间收治的131例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究的观察对象,所有患者均采用彩色多普勒超声检查,观察血管内径,管壁回声、管腔内回声、管腔内的血流情况、血流速度以及患者血栓的位置、大小、回声以及范围等。结果该研究中,经彩色多普勒超声检查发现急性血栓患者74例、亚急性血栓患者37例、慢性血栓患者20例。其中左下肢血栓患者90例,右下肢血栓患者26例,双下肢同时发生血栓5例,左右侧比为2.8:1。其中Ⅰ型(中央型)髂股静脉血栓79例,Ⅱ型(周围型)股静脉以下的小腿深部静脉血栓26例,Ⅲ型(混合型)26例。结论在下肢深静脉血栓的临床诊断中采用彩色多普勒超声检查,具有无创、操作简便、准确、可重复性高等优势,可以作为下肢深静脉血栓的首选诊断手段。
Objective To discuss the application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods 131 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as the observation group and were examined by color Doppler ultrasound, and the blood vessel diameter, tube wall echo, intraluminal echo, intraluminal blood blow, blood blow speed and the position, size, echo and range of the patient＇s thrombosis were observed. Results Color Doppler ultrasound examination showed that acute thrombosis occurred to 74 cases, subacute thrombosis occurred to 37 cases, chronic thrombosis occurred to 20 cases, left lower extremity thrombosis occurred to 90 cases, right lower extremity thrombosis occurred to26 cases, both lower extremities thrombosis occurred to 5 cases, the ratio of left to right was 2.8：1, Ⅰtype（central type） Iliac femoral vein thrombosis occurred to 79 cases, Ⅱtype（peripheral type） venous thrombosis in deep crus below the femoral vein occurred to 26 cases, Ⅲ type（mixed type） occurred to 26 cases. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination in clinical diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis has the advantages such as non-invasion, easy operation, accuracy and high repeatability, which can be used as the preferred diagnostic means of deep venous thrombosis.
