摘要
目的分析正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的治疗效果。方法整群选取并回顾性分析2013年10月—2015年10月在中国石油中心医院收治的116例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者临床资料,按治疗所用不同方案分为两组,对照组(53例)行直接修复治疗,观察组(63例)行正畸与修复联合治疗,比较两组疗效及牙功能。结果观察组治疗后优良率93.65%比对照组75.47%高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咀嚼(5.12±1.14)、语言(5.24±1.36)、吞咽(6.41±1.53)评分均比对照组高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的治疗效果显著,可有效修复患牙,改善牙功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment of orthodontics and repair for dentition defect with dentognathic deformity. Methods The clinical data of 116 cases of patients with dentition defect with dentognathic deformity treated in the China National Petroleum Center Hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the different treatment programs, the control group（53 cases） received direct repair treatment, the observation group（63 cases） received combined treatment of orthodontics and repair, the curative effect and tooth function of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（93.65% vs 75.47%）, the difference was statistically significant by comparison（P〈0.05）, the chew score（5.12±1.14）,language score（5.24±1.36）and swallow score（6.41±1.53）in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and all differences were statistically significant by comparison（P0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of orthodontics and repair for dentition defect with dentognathic deformity has an obvious effect, which can effectively repair the sick tooth and improve the tooth function.
