摘要
目的探讨老年冠心病患者行冠状动脉介入治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年2月—2015年7月该院收治的老年冠心病患者70例,每组35例,对照组患者实施传统西药治疗,观察组实施冠状动脉介入治疗,密切观察患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率97.14%,对照组65.72%,两组治疗总有效率具有明显差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对老年冠心病患者在常规药物治疗上实施冠状动脉介入治疗可以提升患者疾病的实际治疗效果,效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the treatment effect of percutaneous coronary intervention treatment for patients with elderly coronary heart disease. Methods 70 cases of patients with elderly coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from February 2013 to July 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group were treated with traditional western medicine, the observation group were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention, the clinical treatment effects of the patients were closely observed. Results The difference in the total treatment effective rate between the observation group and the control group was obvious（97.14% vs 65.72%）, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention treatment on the basis of routine drug treatment can improve the actual treatment effect of the patient＇s diseases, and the effect is obvious, which is worth promotion in clinic.
