摘要
目的分析激光光凝治疗眼底病的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2013年6月—2014年6月收治的眼底病患者80例为研究对象,根据其采用的治疗方法不同将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组患者进行激光光凝治疗,对照组患者给予口服复方血塞通胶囊治疗。观察两组患者临床症状缓解情况及视力恢复情况。结果两组患者经治疗患者视力及临床症状均有所缓解,但观察组治疗总有效率为87.5%,对照组治疗总有效率为70.0%,观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组,χ^2=12.574,P〈0.05。结论对眼底病患者采用激光光凝治疗其临床效果明显,可有效帮助患者恢复视力,改善临床症状,值得进一步推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laser photocoagulation in treatment of ocular fundus disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with ocular fundus disease treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each according to the different treatment methods, the observation group were treated with laser photocoagulation, the control group were treated with oral administration of compound xuesaitong capsule, the conditions of clinical symptom relief and vision recovery of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment, both the vision and clinical symptoms of the two groups were relieved, the total effective rate was87.5% in the observation group and 70.0% in the control group, the treatment effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group χ^2=12.574,P〈0.05. Conclusion Laser photocoagulation in treatment of patients with ocular fundus disease has an obvious clinical effect and it can effectively help patients relive the vision and improve the clinical symptoms, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
