摘要
用有限元方法对一台实际的DH型离心压缩机组的核心部分-多根平行轴齿轮转子系统的动特性进行了分析。在计算中使用了有限元软件ANSYS ,其中所用的模型可以计入滑动轴承的刚度系数和阻尼系数以及齿轮的啮合。
The DH type centrifugal compressor unit is a kind of large important power equipment widely used in iron and steel industry, petrochemical industry etc. The main part of a DH type centrifugal compressor unit is a multi-stage gear-rotor-bearing system. Its dynamic behavior is analyzed by FEM (Finite Element Method). ANSYS software is used in calculation. The calculation modeling considers stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the journal bearings, and gears engagement.
