摘要
近年来物理学科硕士研究生的就业形势日趋严峻,本文在分析西南大学物理科学与技术学院近三届硕士毕业生就业状况的基础上,对影响物理学科硕士研究生就业的因素进行了分析,提出改进物理学科硕士研究生就业工作的对策。
In recent years, physics graduates＇ employment situation is becoming increasingly grim.Under the basis of analysis of nearly three grades of master graduates＇ employment situation of College of Physical Science and Technology in Southwest University, the author analyzes its affected factors and puts for ward some countermeasures to improve the physics graduate employment.
