摘要
研究运用湖南省358份农户的调查数据,建立二元Logistic模型分析了农户发展家庭农场意愿的影响因素。结果表明,在户主个体特征和家庭特征因素中,户主年龄、户主文化程度、家庭务农状态、家庭年纯收入对发展家庭农场意愿有重要影响;在社会环境因素中,农业社会化服务水平、土地流转难易程度和政策支持力度对农户发展家庭农场意愿影响显著。因此,各级政府部门应该加大家庭农场宣传;以培育职业家庭农场为主;健全社会化服务体系;规范推进土地流转;创新农业信贷和保险机制。
In this paper, using the survey data of 358 peasant households in Hu＇nan province, the influential factors of farmers＇ intention to develop family farms is analyzed on the base of binary Logistic model analyses. Results show that individual characteristics and characteristics of family factors, age, cultural degree of the head of the household, family annual income have important influence on the intention to develop family farms. As to the social environmental factors, social service level for agriculture, degree of land circulation and policy support for farmers to develop family farms also have influence on such intentions significantly. Therefore, governments at all levels should advocate family farms by fostering family farms, perfecting social service level for agriculture, regulating land circulation, and innovating financial credits and insurance for agriculture.
