摘要
目的:探讨Y型留置针在老年患者外周动脉血压监测中的临床护理方法及效果。方法:选取2012年6月-2014年6月笔者所在医院诊治的31例老年患者资料进行分析,入选患者均给予Y型留置针进行外周动脉血压监测,监测过程中对患者进行监测前的准备、Y型留置针的使用和穿刺后的管理,分析患者的临床护理效果。结果:31例患者外周动脉血压监测均良好,监测过程中均未出现并发症,并发症发生率为0,患者住院15 d后均康复出院。结论:老年患者在动脉血压监测过程中留置导管固定良好,监测结果理想,不良事件发生率低,为患者的治疗过程提供了准确的监测数值。
Objective：To study the clinical nursing method and effect of Y-type indwelling needle in elderly patient with peripheral arterial blood pressure monitoring.Method：The data of 31 elderly patients in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and analyzed,all patients received Y-type indwelling needle conducted peripheral arterial blood pressure monitoring,monitor preparation for patients in the monitoring process,and used of Y-type indwelling needle and after the puncture of management,the clinical nursing effect of patients was analyzed.Result：31 patients with peripheral arterial blood pressure monitoring in the monitoring process were well,no complications,the complication rate was 0,after 15 days the patients were recovered and discharged.Conclusion：Elderly patient with indwelling needle in the arterial blood pressure monitoring process is good,the monitoring result is satisfactory,the incidence of adverse event is low, providing accurate monitoring data for the treatment process.
