热装高炉高温煤气喷雾降温塔工艺计算 被引量:2

Process calculation of high temperature gas spray cooling tower in hot charging blast furnace

摘要 高炉原燃料热装工艺能显著提高铁前工序显热资源利用效率,为保证高温高炉煤气的净化回收系统安全,须在干法布袋除尘设施前设置喷雾蒸发降温塔。通过对干式喷雾蒸发降温理论进行分析,结合热装高炉操作变工况条件,推导出全套喷雾蒸发降温塔的理论计算方法。该方法可对塔内喷水量、降温塔出口煤气露点和含湿量、液滴蒸发时间、及塔体结构尺寸等关键技术参数进行便捷准确的计算,且易于计算机编程应用,对实际推广具有积极的意义。 Sensible heat resource efficiency in the iron former process will be significantly improved by the hot charging process of the blast furnace raw materials and fuel.A spray evaporative cooling tower should be installed in front of the dry dust bag collectors to ensure the safety of purification and recovery system of high-temperature BFG.The theoretical calculation method for the full high temperature gas spray cooling tower is derived based on the analysis of the dry spray evaporative cooling theory and combined with the variable loading conditions of hot charging blast furnace operation.Spray water volume,dew point at the gas outlet and moisture content in the cooling tower,droplet evaporation time,the tower body size and other key technical parameters can be accurately and conveniently calculated by this method,which is easy for the computer programming application and has positive significance for the actual promotion.
