摘要
按照新型城镇化发展要求,从经济、社会、公共服务、科技创新、资源环境五个方面构建城镇发展质量综合测度指标体系。以云南省为例,运用熵值法、LISA聚类法和GIS技术对云南省城镇综合发展质量进行综合分析。结果表明:云南省城镇综合发展质量区域差异显著,城镇综合发展质量整体水平较低,呈现出由昆明为中心向外围圈呈三级阶梯状递减的空间格局。运用LISA聚类法分析了云南省城镇质量空间自相关格局特征,结果表明,区域城镇发展质量不协调,整体呈现出中心聚集效应为主,集聚与扩散并存的特点。
According to the new urbanization development requirements, this paper established comprehensive measures index system from five aspects—regional economic, society, public service, technology innovation and resources environment. It analyzed the urbanization development quality and rate of Yunnan by using the method of entropy, LISA clustering mode and GIS technology. The results showed: Significant difference was found in quality of urbanization comprehensive development, the overall level of urbanization comprehensive development is in low quality, the overall spatial pattern characteristic is diminishing from Kunming to peripheral areas. Using the LISA clustering method to analyze the urbanization spatial autocorrelation pattern quality in Yunnan Province, it shows that the quality of urbanization and regional development presents are uncoordinated, and the overall characteristics is focusing on Center-based aggregation effect, Agglomerate effect and diffusion effect coexist.
