摘要
配煤技术在满足技术可行性的同时还可实现经济效益和环境效益的最大化,保证用煤设备的高效、安全运行。本文对配煤的作用进行了分析,研究了配煤在锅炉用煤中应用情况,并且以鲁奇气化炉为例,分析了不同煤种的运行情况,为调整工况和均匀布气,需要结合具体的负荷合理搭配使用不同种类的煤种。同时提出了保障气化炉经济运行的措施。
Coal blending technology meets the technical feasibility,at the same time realizes the maximization of economic benefits and environmental benefits,ensures the equipment efficient and safe operation. The effect of coal blending is analyzed,studies the situation application of coal blending in coal boiler. Lugi gasifier is as the example,analyzes the operation sitation of diferent coal types. In order to adjust the working condition and uniformly distribute gas,it needs to combine with specific load and the different kinds of coal are used in proper proportions. At the same time puts forward the measures to safeguard the economic operation of coal gasifier.
