摘要
主要采用自填式问卷和结构式访问相结合的方法,从人力资源、内部管理、物资状况、财务状况、技术技能、服务输出及成果、外部资源环境等七个维度,对宁波市海曙区社会组织的发展现状进行分析。在此基础上,运用SWOT分析法对社会组织面临的外部威胁、挑战及内部的优势、劣势进行分析,并结合国内外社会组织的发展经验,设计出切合宁波市社会组织在资金筹集能力、成员招募能力、交流合作能力、公信力与影响力、内部管理、监督机制等六个方面的发展对策。
The paper mainly adopted the analysis methods of questionnaire and interviews,analyzing the development condition of social organizations of Haishu district in Ningbo from seven aspects：human resource,organization management,material management,financial status,technical skills,service output,external environments and resources. On that basis,using SWOT method, it analyzed the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses of social organizations. Referring to social organizations development experience home and abroad,it put forward sustainable strategies for the social organizations of Ningbo in the following aspects： fundraising capacity, staff acquisition capacity,cooperation and communication capacity with government, enterprise and other social organizations,credibility, internal management and supervisory mechanism.
