摘要 新能源汽车的发展速度越来越快,但目前零部件设计并不完善,纯电动汽车出现的故障较之传统车要高,同时在其未定型之前也难免有技术缺陷,为了提高纯电动汽车的可靠性并降低运营风险,通过在车上加装远程监控系统对其进行实时监控,并利用远程监控系统的离线数据下载功能定位汽车故障,缩短了维修人员去现场检查、测试的时间,避免浪费大量的人力、物力,为技术人员排查汽车故障提供了一种有效的方法。 Although the development growth of new energy vehicle is rapid, the current components design is not perfect, the battery electric vehicle failure rate is much higher than the traditional vehicle's, and it is hard to avoid the fault before the electric vehicle approval. To improve the reliability of the battery electric vehicle and reduce risk, through the installation of monitoring system to monitor the vehicle in real-time, to find the vehicle fault using off-line data download is introduced in this paper. It is benefit to use labor power and material resources sparingly in the test area to test and monitor, reducing a lot of time in checking the vehicle fault.
